Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions will apply:

Commencement Date: means the date on which you enrol on to the online training courses

Online services: All materials, online training courses and website content and usage

Online training platform: Server and software hosted exclusively on http://training.cleaningmasterclass.com

Online training courses: course materials delivered exclusively through our online training platform

Manuals: PDF-based electronic training manuals

Course Materials: online course content

Member: An individual, authorised or registered user with an active user ID enrolled on to an online training course

General Terms And Conditions

For Use of the Cleaning Masterclass online training courses, manuals and all information on cleaningmasterclass.com website (“Website”). If you proceed to use this Website you are agreeing to and will be bound by these terms and conditions.

This Licence Agreement is between Green’s Global Trading Limited trading as Cleaning Masterclass – https://www.cleaningmasterclass.com – (“we or us“) and the individual or business/businesses to whom Cleaning Masterclass has agreed to supply the Online Services and Manuals (“you“). The following terms and conditions govern your use of the online services supplied by Cleaning Masterclass and the Manuals and course materials available therein.

Access To Services

Only you authorised by both us and you shall be entitled to access and use the Online Services and Materials (“Members”).

Materials and features may be added to or withdrawn from the Online Services and the Online Services otherwise changed without notice.

You must ensure that you are an Authorised User to the Online Services and Materials and you are using those Online Services and Materials only in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the Additional Terms.

Returns Policy

Manuals

Please note that refunds will be given at the absolute discretion of the Company Management. We appreciate that this appears to give no assurance or reassurance in your purchases, it is however, physically impossible to return an electronic manual or book (‘ebook’). In return we will pledge to you all reasonable support after your purchases.

Online Training Courses

Cleaning Masterclass must receive via email all requests for refunds, replacements and adjustments within 7 days after purchase. The request must be made to: info@cleaningmasterclass.com. Requests for refunds, replacements and adjustments will be considered:

  • Online training course user accounts that have not been utilised whatsoever, therefore if you have already used your account then you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Technical problems in our online services resulting in you not being able to view course materials.

Customer support must receive written notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem in order for a refund, replacement or adjustment to be considered.

Refunds/Replacements/Adjustments will NOT be considered for:

  • Courses already started and/or partially completed in any way
  • Slow or poor performance: The course is designed to run over a broadband connection. We have no control over your connection to the Internet and momentary dips in performance which can cause delays in downloading content.
  • Any breach of these terms and conditions

Licence Agreement

Licence Restrictions

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the Online Services and Manuals from time to time made available to you as an individual or business for the purposes only of (i) study, (ii) providing professional training to your employees. This licence is subject to the following limitations:

  • The right to electronically display and use course materials retrieved from the Online Services is limited to the display of such Materials primarily to the number of accounts purchased at any one time;
  • The right to a printout of the Manuals is limited to a single printout of the Manuals obtained using the printing commands of the PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader) software.

All rights, titles, and interests (including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights) in the Online Services and Materials (in both print and machine-readable forms and formats) belong to us or our third party suppliers. You acquire no ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights or proprietary interest in the Online Services, Materials, or copies thereof.

Except as specifically provided herein, you may not use the Online Services or Materials retrieved from the Online Services in any fashion that infringes the copyright or proprietary interests therein.

You may not remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices contained in Materials retrieved from the Online Services.

Membership Restrictions

The website is open to anyone and there are no restrictions on access, however access to the online training courses (hosted on our online training platform) is restricted to paid members through the issuance of a unique user ID and password per user. Under NO circumstances whatsoever may any registered user (Member) share or distribute their user IDs or passwords to third parties. Any breach of these terms will result in the immediate suspension of the account.

Any password / ID and/or certification number issued by us to a Member is personal and confidential to that Member.

You agree that any information you provide to us about yourself upon registration or at any other time will be true, accurate, and up to date and complete. We reserve the right to terminate your membership and access to our online training platform if we learn that you have provided false or misleading information. We have the absolute discretion to cancel your account at any time if we suspect an unauthorised person is using it.

Under NO circumstances whatsoever shall members distribute the course, or parts of the course, or printable ‘cards’ contained within the online training courses.

Support Restrictions

As part of the online training courses, we offer a free and exclusive support and assistance to each member upon request, for up to a period of 180 days from the commencement date. If, after no further extension has been purchased or agreed with us, all support and assistance will cease with immediate effect after the 180-day period.

The primary route for all support and assistance is through the messaging facility built into the online training platform; should that fail for whatever reason, we will accept requests via email.

The support and assistance we provide is exclusively limited to topics (subject matter) directly covered by the online training courses.

Please allow at least 24 hours to receive a response.

Third Party Content Disclaimer

Courses provided by Third Party Providers as part of our ‘Bespoke Training Service’ have not been independently authenticated in whole or in part by us.

We are committed to respecting others’ intellectual property rights, and we ask our users to do the same. We will remove any content within the bespoke courses that may infringe or otherwise violate others’ intellectual property rights such as:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Website;
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address so that we can contact you;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice to us is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
