Policies on Modern Slavery
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
Due Diligence Processes
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we have in place systems to:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protect whistle blowers.
Risk Assessment and Management
We have conducted a risk assessment of our supply chain by considering:
- The risk profile of individual countries based on the Global Slavery Index
- The business services rendered by the suppliers
- The presence of vulnerable demographic groups
- A news analysis and the insights of labour and human rights groups
This assessment will be reviewed annually.
Our Effectiveness in Combating Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are not aware of any incidents of modern slavery or human trafficking having occurred in our business or supply chain. However, we continue to be vigilant and are committed to developing our processes to combat these practices.
