Office, Janitorial and Retail Cleaner Training Course

Good Cleaning & Hygiene Practice

Office, Janitorial and Retail Cleaner Training Course

Cleaner Training Re-invented

Introduction

This course serves to provide a firm grounding in good cleaning and infection control practices and promotes the highest hygiene standards to cleaning staff working in offices, schools, public buildings, and general facilities. Good cleaning practices and standards comes from approaching all cleaning activities from a methodical and systematic way, rather than a haphazard and inefficient way. This course teaches the student to approach cleaning as a skill set, starting with looking and planning a clean before starting, an understanding of and choosing the appropriate cleaning techniques, the most efficient cleaning order and surveying the completed tasks to meet the required standards.

Ideal For:

Schools, offices and shops wanting to train their cleaning teams

Individuals coming into the cleaning industry without any prior knowledge of cleaning

Individuals and cleaning teams wanting to retrain or expand on their training

Part time or fill time office and general facilities cleaners

Charities and Social Enterprise companies looking to train people with basic cleaning skills

Refresher and induction training for cleaning staff

Course Syllabus

Understand how to work to and develop an entire cleaning system

Structure

As much as possible the course features step by step graphic instructions with full explanations as to why the cleaner has to take the steps they do, to make understanding that much easier, so the course is half graphics and half text – based, working around building a simple professional cleaning system just for house and residential cleaning.
